Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are a binding agreement between you, or the company you represent, and ai-rfq. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and authorized to accept these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ai-rfq is an AI-powered procurement platform for contractors. It helps manage jobs and vendors, generate RFQ emails, extract and compare quotes, and receive AI-assisted vendor recommendations.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials with others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
• Attempt to access another user's data
• Use automated scraping or extraction tools
• Violate applicable law or regulation while using ai-rfq

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of data uploaded or created within ai-rfq, including job details, vendor information, and quote documents.

You grant ai-rfq a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service, including AI processing described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The ai-rfq name, logo, product design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of ai-rfq and its licensors.

AI-generated content is provided for your use as part of the service. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before acting on them.

6. Beta and Early Access

ai-rfq is currently in beta. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be temporarily unavailable. Early access is provided free of charge, and users will be notified before paid plans are introduced.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ai-rfq is provided without warranties of any kind.

AI-generated recommendations and extracted quote data are tools to assist decision-making, not professional or legal advice. You should independently verify information before procurement decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ai-rfq and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount paid in the preceding 12 months or US $100.

9. Termination

You may stop using ai-rfq at any time by deleting your account from Settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or cause harm to the service or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ai-rfq is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction if needed.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
